You will be notified of the estimated delivery day/time at least one day before the delivery date.

We endeavor to deliver your goods from Monday to Sunday between 6am and 8pm.

Delivery date will be confirmed by www.furnturebyjk.com.

We do try to meet the estimated delivery dates however, due to any unforeseen circumstances, there are times where we unable to do this and your confirmed delivery date will be different.

In case the buyer fails to accept delivery, the buyer will be responsible for paying for the cost of the delivery.The delivery fee will depend on your location, the weight, size, nature and value of your goods.

We reserve the right to change the estimated delivery date without any particular reason or if the goods you ordered are not available (customer will be notified accordingly).

There are no furniture displayed under our company’s address.

We endeavor deliver to your goods within 1 to 6 weeks from placing the order however we reserve the right to change the delivery date.

All our furniture are brand new, in original packaging and are flat packed in a carton box and/or foil. All our furniture comes with instruction manual.

When item has been bought and the order has been processed the deposit is non refundable(T&C apply) – buyer to cover admnistration costs.

If the order hasn’t been processed the purchase fee is refundable.

The customer is responsible for any extra costs for the delivery if the delivery date is changed by the customer. We can not be responsible for any customs taxes or VAT as any shipping costs you may incur during this process.

Delivery address specified by the customer during order process is used for invoicing, correspondence and the delivery.

We offer warranties on all our goods for 12 months.

Under no circumstances children are allowed to assembly or disassembly any of the furniture.

The furniture should be kept in dry, closed rooms away from bad atmospheric conditions.

Best atmospheric conditions would be: relative humidity: 30%-70% and temperature: 15 C – 25 C

Accepting Delivery

1. Delivery cost is to be paid upfront (it does not cover carrying the goods inside of a property). In the event of bad weather conditions the customer is obliged to carry all goods into a property within 30 min. If this time is extended the buyer will pay £20 for every 30 minutes started.

2. Delivery cost does not include carrying goods inside of a property.However the driver might help to carry the goods inside for an extra cost(depending on size, weight and delivery location)

3. Driver delivering the goods is obliged to wait for customer to accept the delivery for 30 min max.

4. After that time the driver can refuse to deliver the goods same date.

5. Any goods accepted upon the delivery are not returnable.

6. No returns or exchanged are accepted after accepting the goods upon delivery

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer メs display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the products. Your products may vary slightly from those images but there is a possibility of sending samples to you.

All orders are processed after all funds are clear on company’s account.

Online Orders:

You have the right to open the item but under a duty of care to ensure that the item is not used, assembled or damaged in anyway.

Returning an Item:

Buyer to cover shipping costs. We do not offer a free returns or collection service nor do we refund any postage costs you may incur to return the goods. If returning an faulty item we recommend that you request a proof of postage.

Unwanted Goods:

If the item is being returned as unwanted it must be returned in an unused condition, unmarked and undamaged packaging. Unwanted items must not have been used or assembled in any way. Buyer to cover shipping /complain cost. We retan the right to refuse a refund on any item found to have been used, unpacked and damaged.

Damaged or Faulty Goods:

If your purchase arrive damaged please contact our team via phone and email immediately. Do not accept the item prior to speaking to us and our team please.
